promotes health and wellbeing among students as well as academic and administrative staff of the University of Primorska. With activities organised at different locations in Koper throughout the year, there is something for everyone. Whether it’s a team sport like basketball, volleyball or football, or something more individual like weight lifting, swimming or yoga. Seasonal activities such as running, salsa and climbing are also available, and all activities are free of charge for UP members.

New Fitness Studio in the city center of Koper, conveniently located at the UP University gym (Izolska vrata 2, Koper) with a separate side entrance.
This facility is open to both students and staff, providing free access to a small but modern fitness gym, with entry controlled by UP e-cards. Furthermore, guided exercises for smaller groups are also organised as part of the activities.

Student recreation is free of charge for all UP students. All you need is a valid student ID.

The polygon consists of a horizontal and a vertical bar, a pole and five rungs at different heights. The use of the polygon is free for all users and is intended for 快色短视频 and students of the University of Primorska as well as the local community.
The polygon is primarily intended for building strength and power of the whole body. It can be used as a supplement to endurance training or to improve flexibility.
Users should note that use of the polygon is at their own risk.
As part of the GDI UP project, SportUP has launched the elective course "Caring for your own health (slo: "Skrb za lastno zdravje") in the academic year 2023/24!
The aim of the course is to encourage regular physical activity among students and to reward it with credits (3 ECTS).
By participating in regular Sport UP activities, undergraduate students will gain credits and at the same time acquire basic knowledge related to a healthy lifestyle.
