FOR THE UPCOMING ORIENTATION DAYS

IN SEPTEMBER 2025

Orientation days are a great opportunity to make sure you are prepared for the next academic year and familiar with the basics of student life and life on the Slovenian coast. It's also the best way to make new friends and create a strong bond with your classmates.

In addition, you will be able to get to know the university premises, academic departments, student services and various student organisations.

We look forward to welcoming you to the University of Primorska and to Orientation Days, where you will have the opportunity to start the new academic year with lots of fun and good memories.

Orientation Days are organised twice a year:

• before the start of the 1st semester,
• before the start of the 2nd semester.

To ensure a smooth transition to the new environment, we are here to help you through the process. We'll show you how things work, what paperwork you need to prepare, and introduce you to our culture, customs and environment. All this will be done during online preparation days, which also include a 30-hour online Slovenian language course SPEAK UP Slovene. The preparation days are aimed at both enrolled and accepted students who are in the process of enrolment.
