STEPS TO APPLY

1. Nomination
Make sure that you are officially nominated as a mobile student to University of Primorska. Nomination must be done by the International relation office at your home institution. The international coordinator is required to nominate studnes via the provided online

2. Fill in application online
You will receive an e-mail from our faculty or university with the link to the online application system. Application process is a two-step procedure – first you register, and then you can apply with the received credentials.

3. Finalize your application
When you log on to the online application system, please select the relevant mobility program. If you cannot, you can always choose ”Other student mobility”. To complete the online application, upload the following documents:

• • Learning Agreement for Studies
  • Proof of your language skills (English B1, *please note that some courses have different requrements)
  • A copy of the European ID or the photo page in your passport.
  • Some programmes may require that you upload extra documents – you will be contacted by the UP

4. Accommodation
