Faces of Tourism: A Conversation with Karmen Novarli膷
Faces of Tourism (Obrazi turizma) is a podcast created within the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica, University of Primorska. It reveals the stories of people who shape the tourism industry. This time, we hosted an exceptional guest who is not directly involved in tourism, but whose work has placed Slovenia on the global map.
In the new episode of the Faces of Tourism podcast, we hosted Karmen Novarli膷, Head of the Business Communications Sector at the Slovenian Tourist Board. Karmen enrolled at Turistica in 1995, back when it was still the College for Hospitality and Tourism.
What are the tasks of the Slovenian Tourist Board? How does Slovenia present itself at the Olympic Games and the World EXPO? And why are there two bears on the table? All this and more in the latest episode of the Faces of Tourism podcast.
We explored all this and more in the latest episode of Faces of Tourism, hosted by student Ana Šenk.
The conversation was organized as part of the project Green, Digital and Inclusive University of Primorska (GDI UP).
